HB Cooper Safety Training provides professional safety training courses designed to meet industry standards. The content, structure, and schedule of courses may vary based on client needs and industry requirements.
 

2. Payments and Cancellations
Payments for training services must be made in full before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit any prepaid amounts.

3. Disclaimer
While HB Cooper Safety Training provides guidance and training to enhance workplace safety, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during or after the training sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to implement and enforce safety practices learned during the training.
 

4. Intellectual Property
All training materials provided by HB Cooper Safety Training are the intellectual property of HB Cooper Safety Training. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited without prior written consent.
 

5. Confidentiality
Any personal or business information shared with HB Cooper Safety Training will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of providing services.
